What types of cleaning services does SparklePro offer?We provide professional cleaning solutions tailored to different needs: Regular residential cleaning: Weekly or fortnightly services to keep your home fresh and spotless. End of lease cleaning: Deep cleaning to help with bond return when moving out. Airbnb property cleaning: Turnover service between guests, including linen changes, restocking basic amenities, and a full tidy-up. Interior boat & yacht cleaning: Detailed interior cleaning to keep your vessel fresh, organised and guest-ready.

What areas do you service?We are based in Sutherland Shire and also serve surrounding areas within Sydney. Contact us to confirm coverage for your location.

How far in advance should I book?We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance. For special or end-of-lease services, it’s best to book a week ahead.

How are your prices calculated?Pricing is based on property size and number of bathrooms, with fixed rates by tier. We also offer free inspections for custom quotes if needed.

What payment methods do you accept?We accept bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and cash.

Is a deposit required to confirm the service?Yes, for end-of-lease and boat/yacht cleaning services, we require a 30% deposit to secure the booking.

Who performs the cleaning?Our team is made up of trained professionals with a strong eye for detail. In many cases, the founder Gabriela oversees or performs the cleaning herself to ensure quality.

Do clients need to provide cleaning products?No. SparklePro brings all the necessary products and equipment. We only ask for access to water, power, and convenient parking when possible.

What if I’m not satisfied with the service?Your satisfaction is our priority. If something was missed or not done properly, we offer a free touch-up within 24 hours after the service.

Can I cancel or reschedule a service?Yes. You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. Late cancellations may incur a fee due to the reserved time.

Do you offer any satisfaction guarantee?Yes. We stand by our work. If something isn’t right, we’ll fix it promptly at no extra cost.

What if something gets damaged during the cleaning?We are fully covered with public liability insurance. If any accidental damage occurs, we will assess and resolve the situation fairly and professionally.

Do you offer emergency or last-minute cleaning?Yes, depending on availability. Please message us on WhatsApp for urgent requests and fast response.

Do you offer discounts for recurring services?Yes, we have special pricing for weekly or fortnightly clients. Ask us about our recurring packages.
